Description
This is the London Power style reverb loop, using a push-pull reverb driver and two-stage recovery amplifier. The output of the loop is high-impedance and should feed into a tube grid, such as the LINE buffer. Reverb sound is cleaner than the usual SE drive, making it a better match to distorted sounds.
Use with a standard long or short delay line with 8-10 ohms input impedance and 2-4k output impedance (output DC resistance is 160-200 ohms for the tank).
Power requirements: 12V-300mA; 320V - 10mA
REV includes instructions, reverb tank, PCB, tube sockets and components. The reverb tank does not have the outer chassis, like a Fender tank, and is intended to be mounted inside a 17" wide (or wider) amp or preamp chassis.
Kit requires assembly.
PCB: 7.2 x 1.5" 184 x 38mm
allow approx. 1" 25mm over transformer, or more to allow seated tubes in sockets
