This
kit is based on the London Power Standard Preamp outlined
in The Ultimate
Tone and featured in Tonnes
of Tone. A versatile circuit, it can
be tailored to suit many tastes, from mild overdrive
to heavy shred. This is the essence of most of the
channel-switching amps on the market. Build it yourself
and tweak it for your own personal sound! You can
use any 12A_7 tube type for less gain and different
tonal colours.

powered by the 13VA Power Supply
for Preamp, for stand-alone use, or combined
with any of our power amps and their matching power
supplies.
