All sales are final.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you find after receiving your order that you have made an error in your selection of products, please contact us within one week of receipt of your order, as arrangements may be possible, at our option, to amend the situation.
If there is any problem with the order that you have received, please contact us within one week of receipt of your order.
Shipping Policy
We ship to all parts of the world.
We endeavour to ship orders within 2 business days of receipt, and to notify customers of any unusual delays or out-of-stock situations. Shipping is by postal air mail or surface mail, at the customer's option. Please see our Shipping page.
Customs duties, and any import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
A Note on Currency Conversions
Our prices are quoted and charged to your credit card in Canadian dollars. The Canadian and US dollars are usually fairly near to each other in value. For our American customers using US credit cards, your credit card company performs the conversion, and on your credit card statement you will see the Canadian dollar amount followed by the amount charged to your card in US dollars. At current currency values, that USD amount will be about the same as the numerical value in Canadian dollars.
International customers will see a similar conversion to your local currency on your credit card statement. If you are accustomed to working with US dollar values, bear in mind that the Canadian dollar is worth about the same depending on current values.
