4-power tube-versatile amplifier (quantity:

Two
units are for sale by one of our customers.
The
tonal difference between 2-tube and 4-tube output stages
is primarily due to the "composite tube" effect of the
doubled-up output stage. There can be an "effortless"
quality to the sound; but 2-tubes can have their own
"clarity". The STUDIO-4 allows the player to
investigate these sounds and many others.

Point-to-point hand-wired on Teflon eyelet boards

Solen polypropylene filter capacitors

0-50 watts, with Power Scale and Sustain
controls.

Four tubes, with individual volume controls. You can
install four different tubes, and combine them however
you want. You can run one, two, three, or four at
a time, so there are many more tube possibilities
than with a two-tube amp.

Reverb (push-pull driver, all-tube, long Accutronics
tank).

Effects loop (series / parallel, all-tube, front-panel
controls).
*
Line out, and individual jacks for 2, 4, 8, and 16
ohm speaker cabinets.

TRANSFORMERS: OTs, PTs, Chokes
We have a stock of new, used, and lightly used transformers that would be of use to the hobbyist. These are all Hammond unless otherwise noted. Shipping extra.
"Used" may have short leads or be removed from equipment but otherwise works.
"Lightly used" is basically new but leads may have been soldered to a test circuit.
"New" is new, usually in a box but not always.
"Horizontal" means long dimension as width - not z-mount.
"Vertical" means long dimension is height.
"Extended brackets" means gold-plated brackets have been added to extend the mounting points out from under the end-bells.
